to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and
enjoying your holiday before you know it.

A popular local market is held on Thursdays and Sundays - again
within 5 minutes drive of the villa, which is great for all those
holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Additional Payment Information
Hot and cold air conditioning is
metered pay as you use.
A 20% reservation deposit is required on booking to reserve the
dates. The balance of rental payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Payment via direct bank transfer is preferred, but payment is also
possible via £, Euro, cheque or paypal (allowing you to pay by
credit card). All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge.
There is also a returnable £250 breakages deposit.
Please supply own beach towels.
There is a one off 75 Euro
linen/cleaning charge. Cot and Highchair hire are also
available.
